Yuuma Toutetsu (饕餮 尤魔 Toutetsu Yuuma) is the leader of the Gouyoku Alliance under which the eagle spirits serve. She is briefly mentioned by Saki Kurokoma in the Extra stage of Wily Beast and Weakest Creature before making a proper appearance as the main antagonist and final boss of Touhou Gouyoku Ibun.
