Endings

Bad Endings

To view the bad endings, either finish the game on any difficulty with one or more continues.

• To get Bad Ending 9, use Reimu.
• To get Bad Ending 10, use Marisa.
• To get Bad Ending 11, use Sakuya.
• To get Bad Ending 12, use Sanae.

Hidden Endings

To view the hidden endings, get the Blank Card on Stage 5, then finish the game on any difficulty without continuing once.

• To get Ending 1, use Reimu.
• To get Ending 3, use Marisa.
• To get Ending 5, use Sakuya.
• To get Ending 7, use Sanae.

Good Endings

To view the good endings, finish the game on any difficulty without continuing once.

• To get Ending 2, use Reimu.
• To get Ending 4, use Marisa
• To get Ending 6, use Sakuya.
• To get Ending 8, use Sanae.

Unlockables

Unlocking stages in Practice Start

To unlock a stage to practice in "Practice Start" at a specific difficulty level and for a specific character and type, you must complete that stage in the standard "Start" game mode at that same difficulty, using the same character. The stage will be unlocked even if you have used continues.

Unlocking Extra

To unlock the Extra stage for a specific character and type, you must reach the "Good Ending" (beat the entire game without continuing on Normal or higher difficulties) with that same character and type.

Unlocking a third Ability Card slot

To unlock a third slot, you must get the Blank Card on Stage 5, then finish the game. When back at the title screen, you will be notified that a third slot has been unlocked.

Difficulty Level Descriptions

Like all of the Windows games, UM has brief descriptions for each of the difficulty levels.

貴族級	EASY Mode	敵ですら接待してくれます
Noble Level	Easy Mode	Even the enemies will give you a warm welcome.
庶民級	NORMAL Mode	優しさと厳しさを兼ね備えた難易度です
Commoner Level	Normal Mode	A difficulty level that's both forgiving and strict.
世捨て人級	HARD Mode	自ら厳しさを求める人向けの難易度です
Vagrant Level	Hard Mode	A difficulty level for those who seek out harshness of their own accord.
虚無僧級	LUNATIC Mode	何故か執拗に攻撃されますが気にしません
Komusou Level	Lunatic Mode	You'll get stubbornly attacked for some reason, but you don't mind.
楽市楽座	EXTRA Mode	市場は開かれた。もう市場に神はいない。
Free Markets & Open Guilds Level	Extra Mode	The markets are open. No god stands in the marketplace any longer.
