Protect for a free speed boost, then sweep. Unfortunately, these moves are as far as Marisa's good special movepool goes, as Solarbeam sucks without Sunny Day support. (Sunny Day is actually pretty good for Marisa, so go for Solarbeam if you can get another touhoumon to set it up). This set is so ridiculous that you can switch into Remilia or Gengetu after they kill one of your touhoumon, protect, then OHKO with Thunderbolt. FiveElements devastates Suika, Yuugi and Mokou. You still cannot survive against Suwako and Tenshi though, unless they come in and get hit by FiveElements on the switch, then you can outspeed them with another FiveElements.
Don't bother with Dragon Meteo, it is just a slightly inaccurate Flamethrower with a chance to flinch. Blazing Star is an option, and the recoil isn't that important although it may make Marisa vulnerable to priority attacks.. (Also, since it's based on Volt Tackle from the original games, it could be physical in a patch that uses DP mechanics.)
Petaya Berry raises Sp.Attack when Marisa's hp is low, pretty good ingame as very few ingame trainers carry Quick Attack or Blade Flash. Shell Bell and Leftovers are very good if you decide to use Blazing Star. In this case, Shell Bell is probably better, since Marisa will be destroying things and she *should* have full hp on the turn that she uses Protect anyway.
