You should link to the download as well, I'm not sure which file is the download for the script/game. NightKev 22:01, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

We ought to put some spoiler tags or something on the story area of this page. CtC is rather heavy in those. Prime V2 23:06, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

Locked/Unlocked?

From the intro paragraph: "It's a regular day in Gensokyo, until Marisa goes over to find that Reimu is missing, and the shrine isn't even locked up."

From the first Story section paragraph: "She goes over to Reimu Hakurei, to show her. However, when she shows up at the shrine, nobody is there, and it's locked up."

(Emphasis mine in both cases.)

So which is it?--Apcog 14:10, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Download?

Is there a download for this game? I have absolutely no idea where to look to find this game. At least with Mystical Chain, there's a download link. Snowpaw 04:44, December 22, 2009 (UTC)

Yes. Google harder for it, please. I don't think that posting pirated links should be encouraged on wikis. !8RstuPId2Y 04:50, December 22, 2009 (UTC)
Pirated?! I thought this was a FAN game, not something licenced by ZUN! Mystical Chain is freeware, why isn't this game the same? What the heck, how did they get the licence to do this game?Snowpaw 07:51, December 22, 2009 (UTC)
Yes, this is a fan-game. And so is Megamari, Rekkaden, and many, many, many other games that you actually have to buy. And Manga that you have to buy. And music that you have to buy. Commercial fan content may seem a bit odd to you, but it's very, very common with Touhou. Unfortunately, I've had trouble finding a place to buy Concealed the Conclusion myself... I even recall finding the danmaq products store, and they were all out. Does somebody know a place where you can actually purchase the game? --Prime V2 10:14, December 22, 2009 (UTC)
I wish I could help ya. I found a download but I feel bad doing that. I want to purchase the game, especially if I like it. I'll see if I can find it when I go over to Japan in a couple years as part of my degree for Japanese Language. I should be able to find all of these in a store in Osaka somewhere!Snowpaw 10:33, December 22, 2009 (UTC)
isn't the download on the offical site?--Invaderhado 12:54, December 22, 2009 (UTC)
Nothing is licensed in Touhou. It is all sold on the doujin market. Not even Touhou is a licensed series, but a doujin series made by ZUN on his own time and sold exclusively on the doujin market (as per definition). Japan is more lax on this because doujinshi has for the most part been extremely common and a way to get a potential mangaka to start off their career along with a way to sell exclusive goods (because Japan loves that kind of stuff apparently), while in other countries, you'd probably get a whole bunch of copyright lawsuits and bullshit before even attempting to sell something derived from another series.
There is no full download on the official site. Maybe a demo or something, but I highly doubt that they would put an entire commercial game on a website for free.
If you do manage to go to Japan, considering stocks haven't run out by then/they restock consistently, check out Toranoana, they're a shop that specializes in selling doujinshi goods. !8RstuPId2Y 20:18, December 22, 2009 (UTC)
