Ruukoto is the robot maid that Reimu gets as a prize when she goes into the ruins in the ending of Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream. She is nuclear powered.
Although she is enthusiastic about doing chores, she tends not to do them well. Reimu wanted something to clean the Hakurei Shrine, so Yumemi insisted on giving Ruukoto to Reimu.
The other robot maid, Multi, is from the To Heart series and appears as a throwaway joke. However, Reimu may have gotten Multi as well.
