Q: Some Special Abilities have [~/Attack] or [~/Intercept] in their phase restriction, what does that mean?

It means that the Special Ability is only available when attacking (during your turn) or intercepting (during the opponent's turn).

Q: What happens when I get several times the same Basic Ability?

Identical Basic Abilities without a number are treated as one.
If they have a number, the resulting Basic Ability has a power equal to the sum of the two.
For example, if a spell has Protection (X) and get Protection (Y), the Spell ends up with Protection (X+Y).

Q: Can Protection and Faith have negative values?

No, the minimum value is 0.

Types of compensations and effects are as follow:

(Battle): If you battle with this spell, pay the additionnal cost.

X SP: As additional compensation, pay X SP.

Q: Do I need to declare the use of a Permanent Ability or Basic Ability?

No, they are always active.

Q: If an effect has two or more target conditions, do I have to satisfy all of them?

If one condition is not fulfilled, you can't use it and the effect is not active.

Q: When the target is "all...", which cards are affected?

If a card doesn't meet the criteria, the effect is not applied.
If it does, it is applied.

Q: On Supernatural Border and Lunatic, the targets are not in red.

Can I use Special Abilities of Characters that are not my leader?

No, you can only use the Special Abilities of your leader.

When my leader recovers HP, can HP go above my leader's initial HP?

No, because the initial HP value is also the Max HP value.

If I use Yukari's Special ability to use Kourindou or Twilight during the Replenishing Phase, does their effect apply immediately?

No, because Yukari's Special Ability is used during the Special/Event declaration period, and Kourindou and Twilight's effects trigger before, at the beginning of the phase.

Can several Dolls of the same name can be equipped to Alice Margatroid?

Yes.

Can Flandre's Special Ability be used on Cranberry Trap and the likes?

The leader swap is done but there is no effect to it.

Is the leader swap compulsory?

Yes, but since the leader can swap with herself, it can be treated as if nothing has been modified.

Can I keep using Suika Ibuki's Special Ability until her BV reaches 0?

Yes, but it can't be used if her BV is 0.

When my leader is Nitori Kawashiro and Border Tinkering or Alteration targets one of my Nitori Support, is her Special Ability triggered?

No, as her Special Ability's Phase Restriction is Preparation Phase and not Replenishing Phase.

Is damage made by a Special Ability of a spell treated as "damage by spell"?

No, it is treated as "damage by Special Ability".

Does a Basic Ability have a target?

No. Even if a "can't target" effect is active, it has no effect on Basic Abilities because they don't take any target.

Does my leader recover HP when Recovery Potion is equipped and I use the Special Ability of Spirit Sign "Fantasy Seal -Concentrate-" or Spirit Sign "Fantasy Seal -Spread-"?

No, because they don't have the same Phase Restriction: the effect of Recovery Potion can only trigger during the Preparation Phase and not during the Replenishing Phase.

If the damage done by Strange Art "Misdirection" or Illusion Image "Luna Clock" is reduced to 0 due to Protection, does their effect still trigger?

Yes, as the question is whether the spell hits or not, regardless of the damage done.

If a player battles with Illusion Image "Luna Clock" and reduces his opponent's deck to 0, while his HP becomes 0 because of the interception, who wins?

As the victory or defeat is automatic when a player's deck reaches 0, the player that used Luna Clock wins.
