The Road of Reconsideration (再思の道 Saishi no michi) is a road where the higanbana blooms (especially in the autumn season), connecting the Forest of Magic and Muenzuka. Humans tend to avoid this area due to its distant location, but people contemplating suicide often end up crossing this road, which also leads to a great spot for youkai to hunt. However, one may reconsider their actions after wandering into a field of flowers turning back with a renewed will to live (of course, this is only if a youkai doesn't get to them first). It's secret lies within the higanbana's discomforting toxins that alerts a person's mental survival instincts. In addition, the Gensokyo border seems to be somewhat blurred here.
