Description	(Touhou 14) Raiko has red eyes, as well as red hair. She dresses in a white suit-like dress with a plaid-like, crisscrossed black and red undershirt, and a small purple tie. She wears black boots with red seams. Her upper body is surrounded by eight red drums, and she is shown sitting on a white drum and holding two drumsticks. She also has a black armband on her right arm.

Raiko Horikawa (堀川 雷鼓 Horikawa Raiko) is a Tsukumogami that lives in the skies of Gensokyo, she was created during the events of Double Dealing Character and when the Miracle Mallet's magic begun to return, she found a way to get a drum from the Outside world and she told the other Tsukumogamis that were created in the same way as her about a new power source.

She appears as the Extra Stage Boss in Double Dealing Character and she later appears in Impossbile Spellcard as the 5th day boss with three spellcards.
