Reimu	誰が食べるって言ったのよ でも、美味しそうな匂いは貴方の匂い？	Who said I was going to eat you? But is that delicious smell coming from you?

Minoriko	神様たる物、身に纏う香りも気を付けないと あ、ちなみに私は豊穣の神ね	Gods always put a great deal of care into their odor. Oh, by the way, I'm the harvest god.
Reimu	うーん、生焼き芋の香り	Mmmm, so that's why you smell like half-baked sweet potatoes.
Minoriko	収穫したてのお芋は私の香水 巫女に食べられてたまるもんですか！	Freshly-harvested sweet potatoes make up my perfume. Do you think I'm going to let a shrine maiden eat me!?

Reimu	いやいや、神様はピンキリねぇ。うちの神は こんなのよりも力がないのかしら？ おっと、こんな所で芋焼いている 場合じゃないわ 先を急ごうっと	That was pretty weak, for a god. I wonder if my shrine's god is any stronger? Well, this is no time for baking sweet potatoes. Better hurry on ahead.

???	あらあらまだ居たの？	Oh, are you still there?

Hina	さっき追い返したつもりだったのに	And I was trying to chase you away just now...
Reimu	いつ？	When?
Hina	まぁいつだって良いんだけどー 私は迷い込んだ人間を追い返しているの	Oh, never mind, it doesn't matter. My job is chasing away lost humans.
	秘神流し雛 鍵山　雛	Hidden God, Doll of Curses [1] Hina Kagiyama (流し雛 (Nagashi-bina) refers to the paper and straw dolls floated down rivers to carry away curses and bad luck.)
Reimu	迷い込んではいないわよ 私は山へ行きたいんだから	But I'm not lost. I just want to go to the mountain.
Hina	人間が山に入ってどうするのよ 危ないわよ？	What are you going to do there? Don't you know it's dangerous?
Reimu	邪魔をするなら敵と見なすわよ	If you get in my way, I'll treat you like an enemy.
Hina	私は人間の味方 人間の厄を受けて、神々に渡しているの なんなら、 貴方の災厄も全て引き受けましょうか？	I'm a friend of humans. I take their misfortune and pass them on to the gods. Hmm, I wonder if I can take on all of your tragedies?
Reimu	妖怪は私の敵 あんたは妖怪	Youkai are my enemies. You're a youkai.
Hina	あっ、そう！	Oh, really!

Hina	私は親切に追い返そうとしただけなのに......	I was just trying to be nice and chase you away...
Reimu	追い返されること自体が親切じゃないのよ	Chasing me away really isn't that nice.
Hina	これから先は神々の住む世界 後悔するよ 人間のいく所じゃないわ	From here on is the world where the gods live. You'll regret this. It's no place for humans to go.
Reimu	あっそう 次はやっと妖怪の山に入るわね	Oh, good. It looks like I finally made it to the youkai mountain.

Stage 3

Nitori	あーあ、私の光学迷彩スーツが壊れちゃった	Awww, my optical camoflauge suit broke!
Reimu	何よそれ	What's that?
Nitori	人間の癖に私の姿がよく見えたわね	You're a human, but you picked me out pretty well from the camo.
Reimu	目が良いからね もしくは、あんたが隠れなかったかも	That's because my eyes are really good! Or, maybe you weren't really hiding.
Nitori	じゃあねー人間 ちなみにこれ以上来ると危険だよー	See you, human! By the way, it's dangerous if you go any further-

Reimu	これ以上行くけどね	I'll still be going, anyway ...

Nitori	お、さっきの人間 奥に進むなって言ったでしょ？	Hey, it's that human from before. Didn't I tell you not to go any deeper?
Reimu	さっきはよくも邪魔してくれたわね	You really got in my way back there.
Nitori	邪魔？ 貴方が何をしているのか知らないのに 邪魔なんて出来る訳がないな	Did I? I don't even know what you're doing. How can I get in your way?
Reimu	私は山の上に住む神様に緊急の用事があるの 通してくれる？	I have urgent business with the god that lives on top of the mountain. Will you let me through?
Nitori	山の上の神様だって？ そんなもん何人もいるけど...... 悪いこたぁ言わない 引き返した方が良い	The god on top of the mountain? But many gods live in there ... Let me tell you straight up ... You'd better leave.
	妖怪弾頭 河城　にとり	Super Youkai Warhead Nitori Kawashiro
Nitori	私は河城にとり 通称、谷カッパのにとり さあさあ、里へ帰った帰った この先、人間に対して排他的な奴も多いよ	I'm Nitori Kawashiro. They call me Nitori the Valley Kappa. Alright, better go home! There's lots of folks who don't like humans up ahead.
Reimu	そんなの判ってるわ それでもいかなきゃ行けない時もある	Oh, I know that. But sometimes there are things you just have to do.
Nitori	あらあら、久しぶりに盟友である 人間に出会ったと言うのに残念ね...... 仕方がない、これ以上山に入るというなら その本気、確かめさせて貰うよ！	Oh my, it's been so long since I met a human, our sworn friend. Why did it have to turn out this way... Oh well, if you really want to get into the mountain, You'll have to show me how serious you are!

Reimu	さあ、先に進むわよ	Well, time to move on.
Nitori	人間よ。　河童と人間は古来からの盟友だから 教えてやる	Human. Kappa and humans have been friends for ages, So let me tell you something.
Reimu	盟友? 古来からの宿敵の間違いじゃない？	Friends? Are you sure you haven't mistaken an old enemy for a friend?
Nitori	最近、山の上に不穏な神が居着いたのは事実 貴方はそれを倒しに行くんだろ？	It's true that there's been a restless deity on top of the mountain lately. Are you going to go beat it?
Reimu	おっと、思わぬ所で情報得たわ 何が目的で山に入っているのか忘れかけてたしね	Well, what a surprising place to get such great information. To tell you the truth, I'd forgotten why I'd come all the way up here.
Nitori	ああ、頼りない。人間は頼りない やっぱり天狗様に相談した方がよかったかな まぁ、この辺の河童には伝えておくから この先に行きなさいな	I can't believe it. Humans are so flaky. I knew I should have asked the tengu about this instead. Well, I'll tell the kappa around here about you, So why don't you just go on ahead?
Reimu	滝が見えてきた...... これからが本番ね！	Oh, I can see a waterfall up ahead ... This is where it really starts!

Stage 4

	要塞の山	The Mountain Fortress

Aya	侵入者の報告で来てみれば まさか貴方とは……	I came to check on that intruder report, but I never thought it'd be you ...
Reimu	別にあんたら天狗に用事がある訳じゃないわ どいてよ	I don't have any business with any of you tengu. Get out of the way.
Aya	侵入者の報告を受けて 何故か私が呼び出されたのよ 私はただの新聞記者なのにねぇ	We received an intruder alert, so for some reason they called me onto the job I'm just a simple newspaper reporter ...
Reimu	何が言いたいの？	What are you trying to say?
Aya	貴方の事を一番良く知っているのが 私だから 貴方の相談事にも乗れるかもしれないって 上司の粋な計らいね	It's because I'm the one that knows the most about you. Maybe it would be best if I could talk you out of it. That was the boss's plan.
Reimu	さっきも言ったけど天狗には用事はないわ 山に居る神様に会いたいの	I told you before, I don't need anything from the tengu. I just want to see the god that lives on the mountain.
Aya	山の神様？ はは～んさてはあの神様の事かな？	The god of the mountain? Ahaha~ So, you mean that god?
Reimu	何か知ってるの？	Do you know something about her!?
Aya	最近、天狗も手を焼く神様が住み着いたのよ どんどんと山を自分の物にしようとするし…… 最近は麓にまで降りて信仰を集めようと している、って言う話だし……	Lately, there's a god that's been giving even us some trouble. She keeps acting like this mountain is hers ... And she'll even come down to the foot of the mountain to try and gather faith ...
Reimu	……信仰を集めている きっと、そいつだわ そいつに会いたいの。何処にいる？	... so she's gathering faith. That's got to be her. I want to meet with her. Where is she?
Aya	調子に乗るようだったら、天狗達が倒すつもり だったので、貴方が行く必要はないわ	If she really got out of hand, we tengu were going to go beat her, so you don't need to do anything.
Reimu	折角ここまで来たんだから、良いじゃないの その神様の居る所まで連れて行ってよ	Oh, come on, I've come all this way. Why not take me to wherever this god is?
Aya	でも、私は貴方を通す訳に行かないの	Sorry, I can't let you through.
	BGM: 妖怪の山　～ ~ Mysterious Mountain	BGM: The Youkai Mountain ~ Mysterious Mountain
Aya	私があっさり通しちゃったら 見回り天狗達も納得がいかないからね	All the other tengu just wouldn't stand for it if I let you through that easily.
Reimu	面倒な種族ね 天狗って	Geez. You tengu are such a pain.
Aya	組織に属するってのは 自分の意思だけでは動けなくなるって事よ さあ、手加減してあげるから 本気で掛かってきなさい！	Belonging to a group means that sometimes, you don't get to have your way. Now, I'll go easy on you, So let's do this for real!
Reimu	手加減はありがたいけど…… だったら通してくれれば良いのに	Aw, thanks for going easy on me ... Well, you could have just let me through, you know.
	Aya Shameimaru DEFEATED
Aya	まじめに戦った事って殆ど無かったけど 予想以上の強さだったわ これなら、あの厄介な神様も倒せるかもね	I don't have to fight seriously that much, But you were stronger than I expected. At this rate, maybe you could even beat that pain of a god.
Reimu	さあ、その神様の所まで案内して！	So, take me to where she is already!
Aya	その神様は、少し前に神社と湖ごと 引越してきたの この先に新しい神社が出来ているのよ そこに居るはずだわ	That god showed up here not too long ago with a shrine and a lake. There's a new shrine up the way a bit. She should be there.
Reimu	山の上に神社？ 神社はうちだけじゃ無かったのかなぁ……	A shrine on top of a mountain? I thought ours was the only one ...

Stage 5

	霊山に風が吹く	A Wind Blows on the Sacred Mountain

Sanae	巫女の貴方の方から山に入るとは…… 今すぐうちの神様を勧請したいのかしら	If a shrine maiden like you is coming up the mountain ... Maybe you want to join up with us right away?
Reimu	ここは神社みたいだけど…… うち以外にも神社はあったのね	Well, this sure looks like a shrine ... I guess there was another shrine besides ours.
Sanae	ここは守矢の神社 忘れ去られた過去の神社 外の世界から神社と湖ごと幻想郷に 移動してきたのよ	This is the Moriya Shrine, A long-forgotten shrine of the past. It was moved into Gensokyo together with the lake you see here.
Reimu	神社と湖ごと移動って 派手な事したわね	You moved the shrine and the whole lake? That's pretty flashy.
Sanae	ここの山は私と私の神様が頂くわ そして、貴方の神社を頂けば―― 幻想郷の信仰心は、全て私達の物……	My god and I will be taking over this mountain now. Then, if we can take over your shrine -- All of Gensokyo's faith will be ours ...
Reimu	そんな事したら、幻想郷におわす八百万の神が 黙ってはいないわよ	If you do that, you'll never hear the end of it from Gensokyo's myriad of native gods ...
Sanae	これは幻想郷の為でもあるのですよ 今の信仰心が失われた状態が続けば、 幻想郷は力を失います 奇跡を起こす力を失うのです	But this is also for Gensokyo's good. Gensokyo will become weak if it continues in its current state of lessened piety. We'll all lose the power to cause miracles.
Reimu	冗談じゃない 信仰心くらい、私の力で何とか戻すわよ！	Please, be serious. I'll be able to restore Gensokyo's piety somehow with my powers!
	祀られる風の人間 東風谷　早苗	Human of the Deified Wind Sanae Kochiya
	BGM: 信仰は儚き人の為に	BGM: Faith is for the Transient People
Sanae	私は風祝（かぜはふり）の早苗 外の世界では絶え果てた現人神の末裔 神を祀る人間が祀られる事もある 巫女が神になる事もある 貴方にはそのぐらいの覚悟が出来て 巫女をしているの？	I'm Sanae, the wind priestess, Descendent of a long-forgotten line of gods incarnate in the outside world. Sometimes, the humans that revere a god are themselves revered. Sometimes, shrine maidens can become gods. Since you're a shrine maiden, are you prepared for such things to happen?
Reimu	別に神になってもならなくても関係ないわ やるって言ったら、やる時もまぁまぁあるの！	I don't care if I become a god or not. But if you say you want a fight, you'd better be ready for one!
Sanae	そう では現人神の力を見て考えなさい 奇跡を起こす神の力を！	I see. Then, maybe you should watch and consider the power of a living god ... The divine power to cause miracles!
	Sanae Kochiya DEFEATED
Sanae	強い…… こんなに力があるのに 何で貴方の神社に信仰心が集まらないの？	You're strong ... If you're this powerful, Why doesn't your shrine have more followers?
Reimu	それは私が知りたい	I'd like to know that myself.
Sanae	私の神様の分社を置いておくだけでも 信仰心は大分回復すると思うんだけど	I think you'd probably get a great deal of faith If we even just made you a branch shrine for my god ...
Reimu	うーん、それは考えておくけど まずは、その神様に会わないと……	Nah, I'll think it over, But first I'd have to meet that god.
Sanae	え！？ 貴方の目的って、もしかして……	What!? You mean, your goal is ...
Reimu	悪い事する神様を懲らしめるのよ	To go punish a god that's doing bad things!

Final Stage

	あゝ風の神よ神湖の地に	Ah, the God of Wind on the Grounds of the Divine Lake

Reimu	湖に着いたわ ここに居るはずね 何だろう、この気持ち悪い柱の山は…… ま、とにかく出てきなさい！	I made it to the lake. She should be around here somewhere. What's with all these creepy pillars on this mountain ... Well, come on out!
	Kanako Yasaka ENTERS
Kanako	我を呼ぶのは何処の人ぞ おや？ なーんだ、麓の巫女じゃないの 私に何か用？	Who is it that calls for me? Oh? What's this? It's the shrine maiden from beneath the mountain. What business have you with me?
Reimu	随分とフランクな神様ね	You're a very frank god, aren't you?
Kanako	最近は、厳かな雰囲気を見せるよりも 友達感覚の方が信仰が集まりやすいのよ	Lately, it's been easier to win over followers with a friendly face than with an impressive stature.
Reimu	まあいいや、うちの神社を乗っ取ろうと するの、あれ困るからやめてくれない？	Well, anyway, it'd be bad for me if you tried to take over our shrine, so could you please stop?
Kanako	乗っ取ろうとなんてしていないわよ 私は貴方の神社を助けたいだけ 貴方の神社に人が集まるようにしたいだけ 妖怪の魔の手から救いたいだけ	I have no such intention. I just wish to help save your shrine. I just want to see more people gather at your shrine. I just want to free it from the clutches of the youkai.
Reimu	余計なお世話よ 大体ねぇ、例えあんたを祀っても信仰が 増えるかどうか判らないじゃん	Wow, you're too kind. But, you know, even if we set you up in our shrine, I don't know if we'll get any more followers.

Kanako	信仰は０よりも減ることは有り得ない 幻想郷に足りない物は 神様を信じる心 巫女の貴方なら判るでしょう？	It's not as if your faith can fall below zero. What Gensokyo lacks ... Is belief in god. A shrine maiden like you should understand that, yes?
Reimu	私だって、神社に参拝客が来たらいいなあと 思ってるわよ でも、それは私の力で何とかするから…… 貴方の力なんか借りないから……	Well, even I think it would be nice if more people would come to visit the shrine. But, I can do something about it on my own ... I don't need to borrow your powers ...
Kanako	神社は巫女の為にあるのではない 神社は神の宿る場所 そろそろ―― 神社の意味を真剣に考え直す時期よ！	Shrines don't exist for the benefit of their shrine maidens. A shrine exists to be the home of the gods. I believe now is ... Now is the time for you to seriously reconsider the meaning of a shrine!
