- Some of Kurumi's attacks were referenced in a Touhou/Seihou inspired game called Samidare. The first stage boss uses some attacks very similar to Kurumi's wall explosions.
- Kurumi is the only PC-98 boss to serve as her own midboss.
- She and Louise are the only 2 PC-98 characters to appear as a midboss.
