An unofficial patch made by the Japanese Hisoutensoku community, v0.11b features a complete overhaul of many characters movesets and attempts to make the game more competitive and fast paced. This mod is an unofficial patch for the game, and can be expected to change in the future.
To install, simply extract the contents of the .zip file into your 12.3 installation folder. This mod requires the latest versions of Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Touhou Hisoutensoku to work correctly.
Making a backup copy of your installation folder may also be wise, in case of potential errors as well as allowing you to play both versions of the game.
