おおよそ始めまして、ZUNです。
聴いていると変な霊が集まってくる様なCDを目指しました。
ジャケットと曲でワンセットになる様に試みてますので、余裕があったら、曲に合わせてコメントを読んでみて下さい。
ちなみに、除霊は自費でお願いします。
- Nice to meet you. I'm ZUN.
- With this CD, I was aiming for a feeling of strange ghosts gathering around when you listen to it.
- Both jacket and music will make the stories more interesting so, if you have enough time, please read :comments while listening.
- By the way, pay all the charge for dispelling ghosts by yourself, please.

- 1.Wandering about a Ghostly Field in the Night
「そう、間違いなくこれよ。」
蓮子はそう言って写真付きのノートを見せた。
肌寒くなってきた秋の夜にわざわざ出掛けて来たんだから、何か見つからないと困る。
でも正直、墓荒らしの真似は避けたかったわ。
- "Yes, I'm sure this is it."
- Renko said so, and showed me a notebook with some photos.
- We'd be disappointed if we couldn't find anything, because we came all the way here in a chilly autumn night.
- Though, honestly, I hoped to avoid acting like a grave-robber.
- 2.Girls' Sealing Club
「メリー、蓮台野にある入り口を見に行かない？」
蓮子がその話を持ちかけてきたのは二日前の事だった。
私達秘封倶楽部は、メンバーは二人だけど、良くあるただの霊能者サークル。
霊能者サークルだけど、普通みたいに除霊や降霊とかは好きじゃないの。
周りからはまともな霊能活動した事ない不良サークル、と思われてるけど……実はね。
- "Mary, shall we go and see the entrance at the ghostly field?"
- It was two days ago that she proposed so.
- The Sealing Club, whose members are only the two of us, is an ordinary club for necromancers.
- Yes, it's a club for necromancers, but we are not into ghost summoning or exorcising as the others do.
- They just believe we are an incompetent group that doesn't do any proper activities of necromancy, but the truth is...
- 3.Mystic Oriental Dream ~ Ancient Temple
「蓮台野の入り口って、何？ 蓮子。」
私は蓮台野に入り口があるなんて聞いたこと無かったし、余りにも唐突だったのでそれしか言えなかったわ。
「まあ、見てよ。」
蓮子は古い寺院が写っている写真を差し出した。見た事も無い寺院だった。
「これが冥界よ。」
- "What is this entrance at the ghostly field, Renko?"
- It was the only thing I could say. I had never heard there was an entrance at the ghostly field, and she told it to me all of a sudden.
- "Well, just look."
- Renko handed me a photo. It showed an ancient temple like I've never seen before.
- "This is the Netherworld."
- 4.Ancient Temple in the Netherworld
「なんで冥界の写真なんかあるのよ。」
「私には裏表ルートがあるのよ。メリー。」
どういうルートかさっぱり分からなかったけど、どうせ死体相手の念写かなんかだろう。
「で、こっちの写真。山門の奥を見て……」
- "How come you've got a photo of the Netherworld?"
- "I have a connection you don't know, Mary."
- I have no idea what the connection is. I guess it's something like spirit photographies of dead people.
- "And this picture... Look beyond the Buddhist gate..."
- 5.Illusionary Night ~ Ghostly Eyes
「ほら、門のここ。向こう側。明らかに現世でしょ？」
指差された場所には、夜の平野、そして、一つの墓石が写っていた。
空気の色が違う。確かにそれは私たちの世界の色……。
私は山門は三門って漢字が正しいのよ、と言おうか迷っていた。
- "Look at this point of the gate. The other side of it. Is it truly the human world?"
- She pointed at the night field, and there it was one gravestone pictured.
- It looks like another atmosphere, definitely not our world's...
- By the way, I hesitated to tell her that it's a Shinto gate, not a Buddhist one.
- 6.Mary, the Magician
そう、秘封倶楽部の裏の顔は張り巡らされた結界を暴くサークルなの。
均衡を崩す恐れがあるから禁止されてるんだけどね。
でも、私は結界の境目が見えるの。何もしてなくても見えてしまうのよ。
見えてしまうんだから不可抗力よね。
- The truth of the Sealing Club is... yes, a group for finding out the boundaries that surround this world.
- Breaking their balance is forbidden though, because that would be dreadful.
- Even so, I can see the borders of these boundaries. Even if I don't do anything I can see them.
- It's inevitable, I just see them.
- 7.Strange Bird of the Moon, Illusion of Mysterious Cat
そう言えば、蓮子は『蓮台野の入り口』って言ってたわ。
この写真から入り口の場所が分かったのかしら？
「簡単よ。ここに月と星が写っているのが見えるじゃない。」
蓮子は星の光で今の時間が分かり、月を見ただけで今居る場所が分かるらしい。
蓮子はいつも私の眼の事を気持ち悪いって言うけど、蓮子の眼の方が気持ち悪いと思うわ。
- Now I remember, Renko said "an entrance at the ghostly field".
- Did she find out where the entrance is from this picture?
- "It's easy. We can see where the moon and the stars are pictured, can't we?"
- According to Renko, she can tell what time it is by the stars and where she is by the moon.
- Renko is always complaining I have unsettling eyes, I think her eyes are more unsettling than mine.
- 8.Flower of Past Days ~ Fairy of Flower
彼岸花って気持ち悪いよね。私、あの花嫌いなの。子供の時からそうだったわ。
蓮台野で一番彼岸花が多く生えているお墓が入り口よ。何故か突然そう言ってしまった。
蓮子は、メリーが言うなら間違いない、と信じて疑わなかった。
勝手に目的地にめぼしが付けられた。
- Lycoris is so horrible! I hate it since my childhood. (note)
- "The entrance is a gravestone with the most lycorises at the ghostly field." Somehow I said so suddenly.
- Renko just trusts that if I said it, it must be right.
- Seems she decided our destination by herself.
- 9.Magical Girl Crusade
ついに、蓮台野結界穴捜索決行の日が来た！
人気の無い夜が最適、という事で夜に出発する事になった。
勇ましく出発したまでは良かったんだけど、蓮台野に着いた時、急に冷静になってしまったわ。
そう言えば、蓮台野って墓地だったわね……。
- Finally, the day of seeking for a hole of ghostly field boundary has come!
- The deserted field at night is better to go, so we decided to go in the night.
- First, we set off bravely, but when we arrived at this place, I somehow became calm all of a sudden.
- By the way, this ghostly field is a graveyard...
- 10.Maiden's Illusionary Funeral ~ Necro-Fantasy
蓮子言う通り目的の墓石はこれだろうけど、何も見えない。
蓮子は私をせかす。私は墓を弄ってみたり、卒塔婆を抜いてみたり色々やってみた。
蓮子は空を見ながら、2時27分41秒、と呟いている。気持ち悪い。
結局、墓荒らしの真似をしているのは私だけか。
墓石は重たくて回すのがやっとなんだけど……。
「2時30分ジャスト！」
墓石を4分の1回転させたその時、秋だと言うのに目の前に一面桜の世界が広がった。
- As Renko says, I figure this gravestone is what we are seeking, but I can see nothing.
- Renko was urging me. I tried touching the grave, pulling up the inscription plaques other things.
- She looked up the sky and murmured 02:27:41. How unsettling...
- After all, it seems I'm the only one acting like a grave-robber.
- The gravestone is so heavy It's tough to turn it around.
- "It's half past 2 sharp!" she said just as I turned the stone one fourth around
- Even it's autumn now, a panorama of cherry blossoms showed up around us.
- 11.Illusionary Eternal Festival
紅葉ももう終わろうとしていた。
我が不良サークルはまだ細々と続いている。
夜になると空を見て時間を呟く癖のある相棒は、私との待ち合わせに遅れていた。
「遅くなってごめん！」
「2分19秒遅刻。」
相棒は写真を取り出し、いつもの様に語り始めた。
「そんな事よりメリー、博麗神社にある入り口を見に行かない？」
- Even the autumn leaves were disappearing. Our incompetent club keeps going on.
- My partner, whose habit is looking up the night sky and murmuring the time, is late to meet me.
- "Sorry to keep you waiting!"
- "You're 2 minutes and 19 seconds late."
- My partner took out a picture and started talking as usual.
- "Rather than that, Mary, why don't we go see the entrance at the Hakurei Shrine?"
