In Japanese legends, the Devas of the Mountain refer to four oni generals led by oni Shuten-douji, namely Ibaragi-douji, Hoshikuma-douji, Torakuma-douji, and Kanakuma-douji.
In the Touhou Project, the only known members of this group are Suika Ibuki and Yuugi Hoshiguma. (It is speculated that Kasen Ibara may also be a deva of the mountain due to similarities between her and Ibaragi-douji; this theory follows from the resemblences of Suika and Yuugi to Shuten-douji and Hoshikuma-douji, respectively.)
