Story of Eastern Wonderland[]

Shrine Tank[]

Shrine Tank
Translated
Before the Flower Tank, this tank attacked Reimu and Genji in the Story of Eastern Wonderland's first stage. Since Rika said that everything on the first stage was built by her, this tank is obviously hers.

Noroiko[]

Noroiko
Translated
This character attacked Reimu in the Story of Eastern Wonderland's second stage.

Fun Facts

  • Her appearance somewhat resembles Marisa's when she had red hair.
  • She's sometimes known to be called "Noroiko" by some western fans. This is rare.
  • Her appearance is also similar to Kotohime.

Two Red Dots[]

Two Red dots
Translated
These magical tools attacked Reimu and Genji earlier in the third stage of Story of Eastern Wonderland. Just what they are and who created them are unknown.

Five Magic Stones[]

Five Magic Stones
Translated
As the Five Magic Stones have no profile, no official names, and exchange no dialogue with Reimu, nothing is known about them. It is unclear if they are even living beings, actual stones, or some kind of machine.

Fun Facts

  • The 5 Magic Stones were the only boss in the series to not have been officially named, that was until a Certain Catfish came along...
  • They're also the only nameless characters in the whole series to have their own theme song.
  • Only boss Reimu feared.

Matenshi[]

Matenshi
Translated
This character attacked Reimu twice in Story of Eastern Wonderland's fourth stage.

Fun Facts

  • She's sometimes known to be called "Mokutou" by some western fans. This is rare.

Lotus Land Story[]

Lotus Flower[]

Lotus Flower
Translated
This flower popped out of the ground and attacked Reimu and Marisa earlier in the first stage of Lotus Land Story.

Fun Facts

  • It is possibly a flower that has evolved into a Youkai.
  • After being defeated, you can see two red dots in the ground, which are kind of like eyes.

Dark Mirror[]

Dark Mirror
Translated
This mirror-like being attacked Reimu and Marisa earlier in the third stage of Lotus Land Story.

Fun Facts

  • It might have a relation to the second Magic Mirror Midboss in Mystic Square or possibly the same that just transformed, due to this one being a demon-like type and the other an angel-like type.

Hikariko[]

Hikariko LLS
Hikariko MS

This character attacked the heroines twice in Lotus Land Story's fourth stage and again in Mystic Square's third stage.

Fun Facts

  • She is noted for being the only nameless character to appear in more than one Touhou game.
  • She's sometimes known to be called "Rengeteki" by some western fans. This is also rare.
  • She resembles Hieda no Akyu.

Mystic Square[]

Wheel Demon[]

Wheel Demon

This character attacked the heroines in Mystic Square's first stage.

Fun Facts

  • Except for the red dress, she looks similar to Rumia.
  • She looks similar to Ellen.

Spirit Mirror[]

SpiritMirror
Translated
This mirror-like being attacked the heroines in the second stage of Mystic Square.

Fun Facts

  • It might have a relation to the first Magic Mirror Midboss in Lotus Land Story or possibly the same that just transformed, due to this one being an angel-like type and the second a demon-like type.

Ayana[]

Ayana
Translated
This character attacked the heroine as she made her way into Pandæmonium during Mystic Square's fifth stage. Since Makai is a world of demons, it is a possibility that she is a demon.

Fun facts

Trump King[]

Trump King
Translated
This character attacked the heroines in Mystic Square's extra stage. It is possibly a tool created by Alice Margatroid to use as a weapon.

Fun facts

  • This midboss is a reference to the servants of the Queen of Hearts in 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' by Lewis Carroll, who are all living playing cards.
