Reimu	おっと人魚？ なーんだ 雑魚じゃん	Oh, a mermaid? What the. Aren't you just a small "fry"?
Wakasagihime	そうやって相手にされなく なってから幾星霜 そろそろ私達 (ようかい) が 活躍する番よ！	It's been so many eons since anyone last took us seriously. It's about time for all of us (the youkai) to flourish!

Sekibanki	……本当ね 大人しくしてたら 人間が増長したって	...So, it's true. Humans really have gotten swollen heads now that we've been calm for a while.
Reimu	雑魚が粋がってるんじゃ ないわよ	A small fry like you shouldn't be putting on airs!

Kagerou	そう見えるのかしら？ ただ単にみんなちょっと 嬉しいだけだと思うけど	Does it look like that to you? I think everyone is just a little happy.

Kagerou	妖怪退治の専門家だって 謳っていてもさ 私達みたいな単独行動の妖怪は いつも相手にされてなかったから	Even if you declare yourself to be some youkai extermination professional, independently acting youkai like us haven't been taken seriously by you for a long time.
Reimu	だって…… キリが無いじゃん 暴れてない奴まで 相手にしてられないわ 本当は問答無用に 攻撃したいんだけど	Well... There'd be no end to it. I can't go around fighting the ones not making a mess. I really do want to just attack them with no ifs, ands, or buts, though.
Kagerou	ふふふ じゃあ相手にして貰うには	Hahaha. So, to get you to fight us...

Reimu	何の妖怪かと思ったら 狼女だったのね	I wondered what youkai you were. So you were a werewolf.
Kagerou	あーあ 満月なのに負けちゃった	Geez... I lost, even with the full moon.
Reimu	所詮は獣ね 弾幕はパワーだけじゃ 無くて頭も使わなきゃ あーあ　お祓い棒が 獣くさくなっちゃった	You're just an animal, after all. You have to use your head for danmaku, not just raw power. Geez, the purification rod smells like animal now...
Kagerou	ひどいわー こんな出たくも無い日に出て 闘ったというのに	You're so cruel! I didn't even want to come out today, but I fought you anyway.
Reimu	出たくない日？ 満月なのに？　狼女なのに？	You didn't want to come out today? Even though it's a full moon? Even though you're a werewolf?

Benben	良いじゃないの それにさっきの戦いをみてたけど あんたの手ぬるい音楽じゃあ無理よ この付喪神使いを倒すのは	And why's that? Also, you did see her first, but your shoddy music won't be enough... ...to defeat this tsukumogami user.
Reimu	付喪神使いだって！？ 人を妖怪みたいに言わないの 私はあんたみたいな妖怪を退治する者よ	Tsukumogami user!? Don't speak of me as if I'm a youkai. I'm here to exterminate youkai like you!
Benben	ふーん…… てっきり お仲間だと思ったんだけどねぇ	Hmmm...... I thought you were one of us for sure, though...

Benben	え？ だって…… 私みたいな道具もこんな力を得たのよ 今まで大人しくしていたけど これからは私達の時代だわ	Huh? I mean... All the other tools have gained power like my own. We've behaved ourselves up until now, but it'll be our era from now on.

Benben	この嵐の中 貴方もあそこを目指してるんでしょ？	In this storm, you're seeking what's over there too, right?
Reimu	あそこ？	Over there?
Benben	空中に浮かぶ逆さ城…… あそこから力が洩れているんだから	That inverted castle floating in the sky... There's power leaking out from there, you see.

Seija	……ほう そうかそのお祓い棒 自我を持っている様だな そ(・)い(・)つ(・)に導かれてやってきた って訳か	...Ah. I see, that purification rod... It seems to have gained a sense of self. So that means that led you here, doesn't it?

Reimu	呆れたわ そんな誰も得をしない事を する妖怪がいるなんて	Oh boy. I can't believe there are youkai who would do something no one would benefit from like that.

Reimu	あっ　ちょっ！ ……逃げたつもりなのかぁ 口だけの妖怪の行動って むしろ案内している ようなものね	Hey, wait--! ...is she trying to get away? That's something a youkai who's all talk would do. It almost seems like she's guiding me, rather.

Shinmyoumaru	あら博麗神社の巫女じゃない あれ……そのお祓い棒は 秘宝の力を得ているみたいね という事は私の味方を しに来たのかしら？	Oh, if it isn't the Hakurei shrine maiden. Hm... it looks like your purification rod has some of my treasure's power. Does that mean you're here as one of my allies?
Reimu	ああん？ 誰が味方だって？	Eh? Who are you calling an ally?
Shinmyoumaru	嬉しいわー！ 巫女が後ろ盾になってくれるなら 簡単に幻想郷をひっくり返せるわ	This is wonderful! With the shrine maiden's support, I'll be able to turn Gensokyo upside-down no problem!
Reimu	やっぱり下克上を企んでいるのね？ 私がそんな話に乗るわけが 無いでしょ？	So you really are plotting to overthrow society? You know I'd never go along with something like that, right?

Shinmyoumaru	もの言わぬ道具は朽ちるまで こき使われる 動く事も考える事も許されず…… 日ごろから感謝だの 壊れたから供養だの そんな事言って満足している のは使用者(つよきもの)だけよ！	Tools can't speak, and they're worked to the bone until they break down. They're not allowed to think of anything besides working... You thank them for their daily work, and you have memorial services when they break... But the only people who think that would satisfy them are the people using those tools (strong people) !

Shinmyoumaru	どう？　あなたの道具は今の方が 嬉しそうでしょ？ 喜んで使っている貴方に訊くまでも 無かったわね	So? That tool of yours seems happier now, doesn't it? You're using it so happily that I didn't even have to ask.
Reimu	それはその…… えーっと	Well, uh, that's... ummm.
Shinmyoumaru	さあ私と一緒に道具(よわきもの)が笑って過ごせる 世界を創りましょ！	Now join me, and create a world where the tools (the weak) can spend their days in happiness!
Reimu	だけど！ 私は下克上の味方なんかする訳に いかないわ！	But still! There's no way I can ally myself with someone trying to overthrow society!
