This is from a touhou vote video on yt, and I searched up rainbow bc I was curious to see who the rather realistic girl in rainbow next to Nue is. I found a page called Chimata Tenkyuu and her rainbow clothes and hairstyle w/ headband look exactly like the rainbow girl's, but the clothes are different. I just translated the name from jap to eng and it said Tenyu Chiya, so I'm pretty sure its Ms. Tenkyuu here.
